No travel buddy? No shared time off? Your friends have a different interest but you are not keen on going alone?
Join us! We proudly offer ourselves as Plan B.
Say goodbye to endless searching and organising, join us instead! We organise trips that are for women. Women travellers, experiences for women, and introducing countries and cultures through the eyes of local women.
As our lifestyles shift and become more conscious, the way we explore also transforms. Let’s travel in a way that honours the places we visit, supports the hands behind the experience, and turns every journey into a positive exchange.
We make sure to make our footprint smaller and our positive impact bigger — all you have to do is join us. Are you coming?
We don’t tread the usual tourist trails. We take you behind the scenes – into women’s workshops, local kitchens, and community gardens. We show you the world through the eyes of local women – not the way guidebooks tell it. Because we believe the world is truly exciting when you hear real stories about it.
We don’t offer luxury trips – we offer meaningful, high-quality experiences. Not five-star hotels, but stories shared under a sky full of stars. A significant portion of your payment goes to women-owned businesses and organizations. With us, it’s not the size of your wallet that decides whether you can travel, but the size of your curiosity and sense of adventure.
We don’t just travel – we make an impact. We pay attention to where we sleep, what we eat, and who we buy from. We choose eco-conscious accommodations, shop from local artisans, listen to women’s stories, and do a bit of volunteering. Because every choice matters – even on vacation.
We’re not trying to speak to everyone – we’re speaking to you.
And you know exactly why you’re choosing us.
B
We provide you with the lowest-impact travel option, a clear calculation of your trip’s carbon footprint, and valid, voluntary compensation options.
Exclusively for women – designed around the needs of female travelers and shaped by a woman’s point of view.
We carefully choose all our partnerships – it’s important that they share a green and future-proof mindset.
Throughout our trips, we work with women-led enterprises, local craftswomen, and community-driven initiatives.
Small groups, direct communication, and a friendly atmosphere
– not a mass-produced experience.
Instead of tourist attractions, we create real connections – through shared cooking, workshops, and meaningful conversations. We don’t just observe the local culture and history – we understand it, and truly experience it.
Stylish, friendly, and ethical accommodations – instead of sterile hotel chains.
No pressure, no explanations. With us, safety and support come standard.
With us, it’s not just about where you travel, but how you travel.
For every trip, you receive a detailed carbon footprint analysis, so you understand exactly how your journey impacts the planet –and we also offer voluntary compensation options.
We only work with partners who are truly committed to sustainability. We choose eco-friendly accommodations, organize regenerative programs, and support initiatives that leave a real, positive impact on local communities.
From each participant’s payment, we dedicate €25–50 to a donation fund. Half supports a women’s foundation in Hungary, while the other half goes to a local women’s community in the host country.
Beyond financial support, we always dedicate half a day to volunteer work that benefits the local community. This could be planting trees, helping local families, or taking part in a women’s workshop.
Because we believe travel can also serve a greater purpose.
Travel with us and leave behind something more – something better.

“I’ve joined these trips multiple times – together we explored Hawaii, Costa Rica, and the Morocco journey was absolutely incredible too. Each trip gave me something completely different: Hawaii taught me a deep respect for nature, Costa Rica showed an inspiring example of sustainability, and Morocco revealed the strength of local women’s communities. I saw the world from a completely new perspective, and now I know for sure – this is the only way I want to travel.”
Susan
“In Hawaii, we learned from local conservationists in the shadow of volcanoes. In Costa Rica, we experienced real, living eco-consciousness – we weren’t just tourists, we were participants. The stories of the women working on the farms, the nature-connected accommodations, the volunteer programs… this was something completely different from anything I had experienced before. This journey brought peace to my soul.”
Annie
“The sustainable trip to Morocco was more than just a getaway – it was a true inward journey as well. The women-run argan oil cooperatives, traditional workshops, and community volunteer programs showed me the incredible power of female solidarity. I never imagined a trip could be this inspiring and life-changing. This was more than a holiday – it was a new beginning.”

I’m Csenge, and I’ve been working in sustainable tourism for six years, participating in several international projects and collaborating with numerous countries. I’m also active as a yoga and snowboard instructor, which integrates personal growth and sustainability directly into my work. As an expert, I’ll be bringing brilliance to our journeys—guiding yoga sessions, meditation, and self-awareness practices—to ensure we travel deeply, not just far. You’ll explore not only destinations more profoundly but also yourself. I’ve spent the past twelve years living in France, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands, and I speak French, Spanish, and English fluently. For me, Travel with B is an answer to today’s challenges—not a single solution, but a movement of curious, open-minded individuals redefining what travel can truly mean.
I’m Bianka, founder of Travel with B and a sustainable tourism expert. I’ve worked in tourism for eight years, with a specific focus on sustainability over the past four. Currently, I’m pursuing my Master’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management in Portugal, while also working on international projects and organizing trips. I’ve visited more than 54 countries and lived for extended periods in Mexico, Brazil, England, Malta, and Spain. Initially, travel was about personal discovery for me; later, it became an integral part of daily life with my children. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which significantly facilitates connecting and organizing. My goal is to demonstrate that it’s possible to travel responsibly and consciously without compromising on experiences. I want as many people as possible to experience what it means to not merely look, but truly see while traveling.
I’m Rita, the heart of the team—you can count on me for balance, harmony, and smooth organization. For me, travel has always been about more than just destinations; it’s about people, shared experiences, and inner peace. My first transformative journey was to Chile, where as a young volunteer at an orphanage, I discovered a deep commitment to supporting communities and helping others. Over recent years, I’ve explored the world alongside my child, learning to balance adventure with thoughtful presence. I believe the best trips pay attention to details, ensuring everyone feels secure and comfortable. Fluent in English, I strive to ensure travelers return home enriched, both externally and internally. I take pride in crafting personalized journeys, understanding individual needs, and fostering connections that last beyond the trip. My goal is to turn every experience into a meaningful memory.
The Travel with B is a women-centered initiative offering sustainable travel experiences, designed for women who want to travel consciously, safely, and within a supportive community. The founding team’s goal is to organize programs focused on connecting with local women’s communities, volunteering, and cultural immersion.
During the programs, participants not only explore new places but also actively contribute to the development of local communities. Throughout each journey, the team pays close attention to environmental awareness, supports the local economy, and prioritizes sustainability.
For us, sustainable travel means exploring the world while showing respect for the environment, local communities, and cultures. We organize our trips in small groups, following principles that support conscious and local initiatives.
Our group trips are specifically designed for women, as we showcase female-led initiatives and communities around the world. If you’re not a woman, we’d be happy to help you plan a personalized, sustainable journey — including tailored itineraries and accommodation recommendations.
You can join our organized group trips, or choose from our custom travel offers. If you prefer, we can also create a personalized travel plan just for you — always tailored to your preferences and with a strong focus on sustainability.
You’re absolutely welcome to sign up alone — many of our travelers come solo, often because they don’t have someone to join them and feel that our trips are a perfect fit. We usually book twin rooms with separate beds, and if that’s not possible, we’ll let you know in advance. You can also request a single room for an extra fee, which varies depending on the specific offer. Of course, you’re more than welcome to bring friends as long as there’s space available.
“Voluntourism” is a blend of the words “volunteer” and “tourism,” and refers to a type of travel where participants engage in volunteer work to support a local community or project. In our programs, this usually involves spending half a day on such volunteer activities, mainly as part of longer trips. It allows you to connect with the destination and its people not just as a tourist, but as an active participant.
The trips are organized by the experienced founding team of Travel with B, who are experts in sustainable tourism and passionate travelers themselves. During our group trips, there is always a local guide and a trip leader accompanying the group. Both are well-trained, deeply familiar with the area, and committed to supporting local communities — ensuring a safe and enriching travel experience.
You can always find our detailed cancellation policy in the individual offers and booking terms. We strive to handle situations flexibly, so we kindly ask you to inform us of your cancellation as early as possible.
We usually travel in small groups of 10–12 people, but we can also accommodate larger groups. In such cases, two trip leaders accompany the group and divide it into smaller units to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
The accommodations on Travel with B trips are locally owned, eco-friendly, and community-focused — often family-run or certified for sustainability. We aim to offer an authentic experience, whether it’s a guesthouse, a small boutique hotel, or an eco-lodge.
Our trips include moderately active programs such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), easy hikes, or cycling. These experiences can be enjoyed with an average level of physical fitness and do not require any special prior experience. We always include detailed information about the specific activities and their difficulty levels in each trip description, so you can easily see what to expect before signing up.
Each trip includes a small donation as part of the participation fee, which we divide into two parts: one half goes to a local organization in the destination country, and the other half is donated to a Hungarian nonprofit. We believe that travel is a unique experience and a privilege for those who can afford it. Since air travel comes with an environmental impact, we see this ‘offset fee’ not just as compensation, but as a way to actively support the social side of sustainable tourism.
Yes, after you apply, we will send you a confirmation letter containing the contract, detailed travel information, and payment details. This way, you will receive all the important information you need to ensure that your trip gets off to a smooth start.
Travel to the destination is self-arranged and not included in the price, but wherever you travel from, we guide you toward the least emission-intensive way to reach your destination. We’ll share the footprint of your journey, and if there’s a flight-free path available, we’ll help you discover it—so your adventure starts with choices that feel as good as they do meaningful.

The price of the trip depends on the specific program; you can find detailed pricing in the individual offers. Currently, payment is possible via bank transfer.
Yes, before each trip we send a recommended packing list that includes what’s worth bringing and what you can leave at home. When creating the list, we also keep sustainability in mind — aiming to reduce waste during the journey and ensure that only the essentials make it into your suitcase.
We want to be clear: flying is not sustainable. Air travel has a significant environmental impact, and there is no way around that. At the same time, we also know that people will continue to fly. What we can do is make sure that if they choose to, they travel in the most responsible way possible.
That’s why for every trip, we calculate the carbon footprint of your journey and present it in the context of global climate goals. We also provide an optional compensation suggestion, so you can contribute to climate projects that help balance these emissions.
Beyond the flight itself, the way we design our trips makes a difference: our presence has a positive impact on local communities, the environment, and the local economy. In this sense, traveling with us is about more than the destination—it’s about becoming part of a more conscious way of exploring the world.
Yes! We can create a sustainable travel experience for you in many parts of the world — including accommodations, activities, and dining options. We’ve spent years researching local initiatives and have built strong relationships with service providers around the globe who share our commitment to sustainability.
