At No Planet B, we believe that travel has the power to strengthen communities, protect the environment, and inspire both personal and collective growth. Our goal is to create low-impact yet deeply meaningful journeys that reveal the everyday realities of local communities – through women’s perspectives and women’s stories. We are committed to sustainability, transparency, and conscious travel; for us, this is what ethical tourism means.
We strive to realize socially and environmentally responsible tourism while fostering global solidarity. We organize small-group journeys designed for women, with a focus on local experiences, cultural exchange, and supporting communities. All our trips are designed by sustainability experts, ensuring that social, environmental, and economic aspects of sustainability are fully considered.
We are fully aware of the environmental impact of travel, which is why more than 60% of our journeys are flight-free, prioritizing rail or other low-emission modes of transport. When flying is unavoidable, we calculate and transparently communicate the trip’s CO₂ footprint, comparing it against the Paris climate goals. We provide opportunities for carbon compensation and include regenerative activities, such as community or environmental volunteering, in our programs. As a social enterprise, we dedicate part of our profit to supporting local initiatives.
Each journey includes at least half a day dedicated to regenerative or community activities that contribute to nature conservation, ecological farming, or the preservation of local wildlife. We only collaborate with service providers and accommodations that demonstrate genuine respect for the environment.
We work exclusively with local women partners and present every destination through their perspective – whether through crafts, community life, or traditions. This approach not only provides personal and authentic experiences but also ensures that the income remains within local communities, particularly among disadvantaged groups. We consciously choose women-led, small-scale local businesses and project partners.
